Proteome wide/Protein wise amino acid mutation distribution

This page lists the month wise amino acid frequency information of mutations falling under 3 categories: High recurring (percentage frequency (PF) greater than 10%), Moderate recurring (PF=1-10% and Low recurring (PF below 1%, but, occurs at least 3 times) (Patro LPP et al.(2021) and Patro LPP et al.(2021) see these references for the definitions about HR, MR and LR). The users are given the option to choose the protein of their interest to interactively view its mutations projected onto the protein's 3D structure.
