Mutation distribution

In CoVe-tracker, user can select the country of their interest from the dropdown "Country" along with the amino acid mutation of their interest (from "Mutation" dropdown) to get the month wise evolutionary dynamics of a particular amino acid mutation in the selected country in a line plot.

CoVe-tracker provides the evolutionary dynamics of all the amino acid mutations. The users can also have the flexibility to choose the timeline. The frequency of the selected amino acid mutation (Y-axis) is shown with respect to different months (X-axis).

Additionally, the user can visualize the distribution of the selected amino acid mutation across different countries on the worldmap.
