CoVe-tracker provides an overview of evolution of all the SARS-CoV-2 lineages (PANGO lineage) and their variants. Here, user can view the countrywise timeline distribution of the lineages (Lineage wise distribution) and their variants (Variant wise distribution) for the better understanding of dominance of their distribution demographically.

Here, user can access the Lineage wise distribution of the Highly recurring (HR), Moderately recurring (MR) and Low recurring (LR) mutations(Lineage wise variant and mutation list).

User can access the amino acid mutation frequency information (the mutations are categorized into Highly recurring (HR), Moderately recurring (MR) and Low recurring (LR) based on the frequency of their occurrence) through (Mutation data table).

Here, user can view the dynamic countrywise timeline distribution of the individual amino acid mutations(Mutation wise tracking) for the better understanding of dominance of their distribution demographically.

CoVe-tracker provides the countrywise mutation distribution (Mutation distribution) and proteinwise mutation distribution (Proteinwise mutation distribution) informations.
