Smith-Waterman Similarity page
The similarity page allows the user to do a Smith-Waterman similarity search against the peptides of AagingBase. The user can submit the query in the search box in form of single letter code of amino acid sequence. It will run a fasta36 against AAPeptides and returns the similarity scores.
