The PARADIGM algorithm infers pathway activity by integrating genomic data across a 'SuperPathway' structure. We have integrated Z-transformed ssGSEA scores for 1,387 pathways with DNA methylation data, allowing you to explore how a specific CpG site's methylation is associated with pathway activity across various cancer types, providing a systems-level view of epigenetic regulation.
