About Immune Signature Analysis

This tool allows you to explore associations between CpG methylation and 68 immune signature scores across different cancer types. The immune signatures, derived from the TCGA Pan-Cancer Atlas (Denise Wolf et al.), provide a quantitative measure of the immune cell landscape within the tumor microenvironment. By linking epigenetic changes to these immune scores, you can investigate how DNA methylation may regulate anti-tumor immunity.
