About Drug Response Analysis
This tool allows you to investigate the relationship between epigenetic features and drug sensitivity. By analyzing how the methylation of a specific CpG site associates with a drug's effectiveness (measured by IC50), we can uncover potential biomarkers that predict patient response to treatment.
