DepMap data

The CRISPR-Cas9 technology has permitted accurate identification of the crucial genes essential for the survival and proliferation of cancer cells through Cas-9 mediated gene cleavage. Here a total of 26 AML cells lines and 17387 genes along with their corresponding gene effect scores have been uploaded from DepMap database to pick out the essential genes of AML that can be used to decipher the drug targets.
