Project Achilles data

Project Achilles, hosted on DepMap, is a systematic effort to analyze and catalogue those genes that directly have an effect on survival of cancer cell lines via shRNA/Cas9 mediated knock-out. Here a total of 26 AML cells lines and 18017 genes along with their corresponding gene effect scores have been uploaded from DepMap database to pick out the essential genes of AML that can be used to decipher the drug targets.
