Anti-Malarial Drugs (FDA Approved)

A curated network of putative and experimentally supported interactors of FDA-approved antimalarial drugs, integrating STITCH-derived STITCH targets and literature-validated interactions across Homo sapiens and Plasmodium species. Commonly used FDA-approved antimalarial drugs were retrieved from DrugBank (DrugBank 5.1.13). This module displays the rhythmic expression patterns of these drug interactors across all available time-series datasets.
