Nucleic acid circular dichroism databank

NuCDB offers a resource to the research community, including academia and industry, with an extensive collection of CD spectra from different nucleic acid secondary structural conformations, such as B-form, A-form, Z-form, etc. For many other nucleic acid molecules, it offers a systematic collection of CD spectral data sets with thorough explanations of the experimental settings, models of the 3D structure, related data, and scientific references. Further, new CD datasets for nucleic acids will be regularly updated to the database. We invite authors and users to submit their information and contact us by completing the form under the Deposit CD spectra header. All users get free access to the database, which is password-free and mobile-friendly.
